Cameras and control systems
Our conveyor belts can be monitored through cameras that show via video the transport of parts. When using scrap conveyor belts under presses, ultra-red cameras are used to detect images even in the dark.
Industry 4.0 integration with our coil lines
With a single click, you will be able to manage a complete line made up of several machines, e.g. decoilers, straightening machines, shears, welding units and accessory equipment, such as conveyors belts and lubrication systems.
Thanks to the Smart Link System all the systems are interconnected to provide an accurate and optimized process.
This programme allows great saving of time for the resetting of the line and of all the parameters for production changes.
All the systems are included in one single integrated system which allows a single line certification management.
